Only System Administrators for EnCompass can create new standard message actions, subjects and comments etc.
- Click on System Admin which can be found on the Front page of EnCompass
- Click on the appropriate link in the Basic Admin section e.g. Default message subjects
- Click the Add button
- Type your new standard subject and click Ok
- Now tick the user classes who you want to make the new standard subject available to
- Click the Update button
