Sign off - where are you going??

When you sign off from EnCompass do you say where you are going or when you will be back?

Did you know that you could do this? So your colleagues will know that not only are you not in to receive a message but that you are perhaps on holiday until the end of the month. Maybe you have gone to a meeting but you will be back at the end of the afternoon?

So next time you click Sign off, either select a standard message from the drop down list or if the circumstances are unusual type a message in the box.

Your colleagues will see this message displayed in Staff locations and when they send a message to you. As soon as you sign back into EnCompass the message is removed.
