Find yourself typing the same messages over and over again? .......

Well why not ask your System Administrator to set up an automessage for you!

The automessage will be set up so that when you type the keyword into the Subject line, the message form will auto-populate with all the required information for you. It can even select the appropriate recipient!

You would be able to edit or add to the message if necessary before posting.

This may help standardise messages too, for example med 3 requests, the automessage could be configured to set out the information in a given order:
