Create a new automessage

Information Create a new automessage
At the moment, only System Administrators can create new automessages.
  • Go to System Admin on the Front page of EnCompass
  • Click on Auto messages which can be found in the Basic Admin section
  • Type the Subject for your new auto message and click Add button
  • Type a Keyword (this is what the user will type to trigger the auto message)
  • Add text in the main Message box, note the user will be able to edit or add to this if required.
  • If you want the auto message always to be sent to the same Recipient, use the usual icons to select your recipient(s)
  • You can also select an alternative Message Type from the drop down list if necessary
  • When complete click on Update button at the top

Your new auto message is now ready to be used by all EnCompass users!
