Create new standard subjects or actions?

Only System Administrators for EnCompass can create new standard message actions, subjects and comments etc.

• Click on System Admin which can be found on the Front page of EnCompass
• Click on the appropriate link in the Basic Admin section e.g. Default message subjects
• Click the Add button
• Type your new standard subject and click Ok
• Now tick the user classes who you want to make the new standard subject available to
• Click the Update button
