Reinstate a user on EnCompass

If a user who left the practice has returned it is likely that they still have an EnCompass user account.

You will not be able to create a new user account for them, instead you should reinstate the existing account. Only Advanced Administrators for EnCompass would be able to do this.

• Go to System Admin which can be found on the Front page of EnCompass
• Click on Edit existing user which can be found in the Advanced Admin section
• Check the tick box Show all users at the top of the page
• Now select the user from the drop down list
• Edit their account information if necessary
• You will need to allocate them a password (EnCompass randomises passwords when users are marked as left)
• Uncheck the Left the practice (hide) box in bottom right section
• Click the Update button
