Using a Panic Hot Key

Did you know that you can use one of your keyboard function keys to trigger the Little Green Button?

If you want to use this feature you would still be able to double click on the LGB on screen but you would additionally be able to hit a selected key.

So to set up your panic hot key, follow these instructions:

• Right click on your LGB
• Select Settings from the menu that appears
• Where it says Panic Hot-key select the function key you wish to use from the drop down list
• Click Done
  

To trigger the LGB you would need to tap the chosen key 3 times in quick succession, your LGB will turn red to show that it has been successfully triggered.

Note: you would need to do this for every LGB in your organisation and we would strongly advise that you use the same function key for each to avoid confusion! Please also be aware that it would 'steal' the function key from any program that currently uses it so make sure you choose one that is free.
