Display a message to patients on the Touch Screen

You can display a message to all patients using the Patient Entry Touch Screen by following these instructions:

• Open your Touch Screen Console which will be installed on at least one of your PCs within the practice
• Go to the first tab (if you have more than one Touch Screen you would need to select the appropriate tab)
• In the Arrival message section type the message that you would like to display
• Click onto another setting e.g. Input delay and your arrival message will automatically be saved
• This message will now be displayed to every patient when they touch the Start button on the Touch Screen
  

This is ideal to inform your patients, for example, that flu clinics are now being booked.
