Remove a Pool
I've added a pool about a month or so ago for one of our nurses, now I have been told she no longer needs it and requires it being removed, problem is there is no recycle bin next to it. How do I get rid of it so that it no longer appears anywhere.

Hi Chris
You need to ensure that the pool is empty first. If there is no recycle bin then there is at least one message currently in the pool. As soon as you have actioned or redirected any messages within this nurse pool you will see the recycle bin alongside the pool in System Admin >> Manage pools.
