New Feature - Ability to edit repeat prescription emails

After a suggestion from Kate at Winchcombe Medical Centre we have given you the ability to edit the text that is sent out to your patients when they fill in your repeat prescription form.
The text currently reads: Your request for a Repeat Prescription has been forwarded to {{PRACTICE_NAME}} and will be processed as soon as possible. You can now edit or add to this text: Sign into your website management. Go to Website Content Management and click to edit your repeat prescription page. If you scroll to the bottom you will see you can click to edit the Text to be displayed at the top of the email content which is sent once the form is submitted. The text {{PRACTICE_NAME}} will display your practice name in the emails. Your patients can choose whether to receive a copy of their request when filling in your form. If they do this they will receive a different email. This text will appear at the top of the email regardless of which option they choose. |
