Would you like to add a link to a document on your page?
For example, would you like to add a link to your travel questionnaire on your Travel Vaccination page? Adding a link to a document is very similar to adding a link to another website. Sign into your website management, go to Website Content Management and click to edit the page where you would like to insert a link to a document. Type some text, for example: Click here to download our Travel Vaccination form. Select the text (click and drag over the text) that you would like to turn into a link. For example: the word here or all of the text Click here to download our Travel Vaccination form Then click on the Insert/edit link icon and an Insert/edit link pop up will open. Now click on the Browse icon to the right of the Link URL box.Your Moxiecode Image Manager will open. This is where all your images and documents are kept. To add a document click on . An Upload pop up will open then Browse your computer to find your document. You can upload pdf, doc and xls documents.Click and your document will be added to the Moxiecode Image Manager list. Note: This list is in alphabetical order. Find your document in the list and click on it. You will be taken back to the Insert/edit link pop up.
Click and your and the text will change to blue and underlined so your patients will know it is a link. Click Save and then Publish your website. |
