New Feature - Print multiple repeat prescription requests in one go

After a suggestion from one of our customers you can now print multiple new repeat prescription requests in one go from your website. The surgery in question now print all of their new requests once a day to complete in one go.

The way they do this:

Sign into your website management

and go to logs at the top.

Click on prescriptions and you will see your list. All of you newest requests will be first.

Tick the boxes down the left of all of your new requests. There is a select all tick box at the bottom to make things quicker if they are all new.

Then click on print selected items.

Afterwards, to help, you can change the status of all of these requests from pending to completed so that when you sign in again the next day you will know which ones you have/haven't done.

Do this by:

Ticking the boxes to the left of those that are completed.

Clicking on the drop down box next to Change status for selected items:,

choose completed and then click save.
