Comments Appearing... Explained in msg
Hi,
This one probably sounds quite odd and possibly a long shot as well, but here goes. I know that there is an option for the first line of the message to be shown before you click into the message. Is there a way it could also be made available that you see the comments appear in the same place. And here's the reason. Our girls on reception want to be able to show that the pt's notes have been pulled ready for a home visit, just so that they know who they've printed them for and who they haven't. I know in the most logical way, all you would have to do is check against the print outs but they want something to show they have pulled the notes without putting it into the message box when adding the visit. So either for the comments to be able to appear in the same place as the 'Show first line of message' or as a button so they know it's been pulled. I understand if you think this is a strange one but our girls like some clarification that aren't doing the same job more than once. Chris Pike Bridge Road Surgery Lowestoft |

I see what you're saying. There is a framework in place to show if the "Visit Notes" have been done in the visit book - if we enabled something there, would that suffice?
