ID or NHS No in repeat prescriptions

Music ID or NHS No in repeat prescriptions
Would it be possible to be able to enter either the Vision (clinical system) ID or NHS No. in the ID field and let the website/EnCompass decide whether it is one or the other and then validate it. Please.

Yes, that's possible - what do your patients use more as a matter of interest?

We have several failures because BOTH Vision ID and NHS number are on the repeat form.

Also it is NHS policy to standardise on NHS number whenever we communicate with patients or across agencies.
