Change Pt's Details
Might sound like a really silly one with that subject line.
We've noticed that when our patients have changed their address, it's not matching up with what is on EnCompass. Is there a way that we can auto-update the address to what is on our clinical system or do we need to manually type them in when they change? Chris Pike Bridge Road Surgery Lowestoft |

Hi Chris EnCompass does update with any change of patient details (the usual setting is automatically every hour). No, you should not need to do this manually. If the change has been made in the clinical system recently and you need to update their details for use within EnCompass prior to the automatic update then you can do this by clicking on the update registration details link which can be found on the Details tab of the Select patient area. If EnCompass is not updating automatically then your MISIS is likely to be offline. If you know how, you just need to restart it. If you need any help give us a call on 01263 834648.
