Create a new visit

• Click on Write message in the main navigation menu on the left
  

• Select your patient
  

• Depending on your system settings you may need to select a recipient but it is possible to force all visits to go directly to a pool regardless of the selected recipient.
  

Now here is the important bit.....

• Change the Message type to Visit
  

• Type your subject or select one from the list of standard subjects.
  

• Add further details in the main message box if necessary.
  

• Click on Post when your visit is ready to send.
