Information Send a newsletter to patients
Your website package comes with a Newsletter feature. You can create and send newsletters to your patients as often as you would like.

Your patients can choose to sign up to your newsletter via your website by entering their email address on your newsletter page.

To create and send newsletters sign into your website management and click on Newsletters.

You can see how many patients have subscribed to your newsletter by clicking on Your Subscribers List.

You can see previous newsletters you have created by clicking on Previous Newsletters.

And you can create a new newsletter by clicking on Create A New Newsletter.

You will use the same text editor to put your newsletter together as you do to edit your website pages. You can add links and images. You can also attach documents. To attached a document you first need to create the newsletter and then click to edit the newsletter again. You will then have the option to attach a document at the bottom.

If you normally create your newsletters using Microsoft word, for example, you can always send it to all of your patients as an attachment. Just add some text into our editor to say Please see our newsletter attached for example.

Once you have created your newsletter you will be taken to Previous Newsletters. Click on the title of the newsletter you have just created and you will be taken to a preview of it.

You can send yourself a test newsletter to yourself so you can see what the email will look like before you send it. Do this by clicking on Test newsletter.

All of your patients who have subscribed to your newsletter will be listed underneath the preview with tick boxes against them. You can either choose who you would like to send the newsletter to by clicking on the tick boxes next to them, or scroll to the bottom and click on select all. Once you have chosen who you would like to send the newsletter to click on the Send newsletter to all selected users button. If you have a lot of subscribers please be aware the page might take a while to reload. The page sends a seperate email to each subscriber so the patients do not see each others email addresses at the top.
